Two IDF soldiers tragically lost their lives on Thursday when the truck they were driving near the southern city of Eilat overturned.They were pronounced dead at the scene by IDF medical teamsThe accident occurred on Highway 12, near the Division 80 military base, a road known for its dangerous and curving route.Eliyahu Yanun, a volunteer EMT with United Hatzalah who arrived at the scene from Eilat, recounted how “there were still two young people trapped inside the vehicle that had overturned. Fire and Rescue teams worked tirelessly in the heat to extricate them from the vehicle.
