The infiltrators had apparently intended to set off the firebombs.Earlier in the evening, alerted of a possible infiltration, IDF troops identified the two terrorists, dressed in military garb. They were attempting to break into community, situated southeast of Shechem (Nablus) in Samaria.One of the suspects was apprehended, while troops launched a manhunt in order to locate the second suspect. IDF forces who entered the nearby Palestinian village of Beit Furik to search for the fugitive came under attack by Palestinian rioters. The troops responded with crowd-dispersal means.The second suspect is still at large, and the IDF is pursuing its investigation into the incident.In related news, IDF troops from the Menashe Regional Brigade operating overnight seized self-manufactured weapons near Jenin, north of Jerusalem.
