WATCH: PA will never stop paying terrorist families, Abbas vows

At the PLO Central Council meeting this week, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas reiterated his government’s commitment to pay salaries to the families of “martyrs” captured, killed or wounded while carrying out  terror attacks, regardless of the political ramifications or impact on the transfer of Palestinian funds held by Israel.
