Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff join Gaza talks in Sinai with plans to stay until a deal is reached, as two additional terror groups join Hamas in the negotiations.

Two senior Trump administration representatives joined Gaza peace talks in Egypt on Tuesday and reportedly vowed not to leave the summit until a deal is finalized between Israel and the Hamas terror organization.

White House Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff and President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner arrived in the seaside town of Sharm el-Sheikh on the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula on Tuesday, in a bid to press Israel and Hamas toward a final agreement.

Israel and Hamas launched indirect talks at the summit on Monday to resolve lingering differences over President Trump’s Gaza peace plan.

According to a report by Axios, Kushner and Witkoff are planning to remain in Sharm el-Sheikh until the two sides sign the proposed deal.

While Trump previously demanded Hamas accept the deal as offered no later than 6:00 p.m. on Sunday Washington time, Hamas is reportedly now seeking alterations to the proposal, including raising the number of terrorists serving life sentences to be released from 250 to 300.

In addition, Hamas is demanding Israel hand over the bodies of Yahya Sinwar and his brother Mohammed, architects of the October 7^th invasion who led the terrorist group prior to their assassinations.

Hamas has furthermore called for explicit assurances from the US that Israel will be barred from carrying out military operations in Gaza once all hostages are returned.

According to the Saudi news outlet Al-Hadath, two additional terrorist groups have joined Hamas in the Sharm el-Sheikh talks.

The report said that the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine had both sent delegations to take part in the negotiations.
