Yazidi Iraqi MP Vian Dakhil says that the Kurdish government bought the freedom of 2,750 Yazidi women and children from ISIS for $3,000 – $5,000 each. Now that ISIS knows the government is contributing, however, the price rose to $10,000 for each Yazidi woman.
