A Palestinian terrorist on Monday attempted to stab Israelis at the entrance to the Israeli community of Kiryat Arba, in the Hebron area.

IDF forces stationed in the area shot and wounded the terrorist, stopping the attack. No Israelis were wounded in the incident.

The terrorist was lightly wounded. A video shows him lying fully conscious on the ground. He was evacuated to an Israeli hospital for treatment.

This incident comes amid a spate of Palestinian terror attacks in recent weeks, starting Oct. 7 when an Arab gunman shot and killed two Israelis at the Barkan Industrial Park in Samaria. He remains at large.

Two weeks ago, a terrorist was shot and killed in a stabbing attack in Hebron. A week before that, a terrorist was shot and killed in another stabbing attack in Samaria.

That same day, Israeli Supreme Court Justice David Mintz narrowly escaped a carjacking by three Arabs armed with hammers at a junction on Route 463 in Samaria.

On Thursday, Oct. 11, an Arab terrorist wounded two Israelis in a stabbing attack in Samaria. The terrorist initially eluded capture. He was later seized by Israeli forces.
