President Trump’s youngest son, Barron, credited in court with saving a woman’s life in Britain last year after her former partner attacked her.

President Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron, saved the life of a young woman in Britain last year during a violent domestic abuse incident, the woman told a court in London.

On Wednesday, Metro reported that during a hearing at Snaresbrook Crown Court, a young woman who was violently assaulted by her ex-boyfriend a year ago testified remotely via video that Barron Trump had been instrumental in saving her from what could have been a fatal attack.

While the woman’s identity has not been released, her ex-boyfriend has been named as 22-year-old former mixed martial arts fighter Matvei Rumianstev, a Russian national living in east London.

According to the complaint, Rumianstev abused the young woman, raping her twice – once in November 2024 and once on the day of the incident involving Barron Trump, on January 18, 2025.

The January incident occurred after the couple had broken up, following multiple physical assaults by Rumianstev on the young woman, including a number of incidents of strangulation.

Rumianstev had reportedly launched into a jealous rage during the January 18 incident, angered by the victim’s friendship with Barron.

While Barron and the victim were speaking in a video call, Rumianstev interrupted the conversation, attacking the woman.

After realizing that the woman was in danger, Barron placed an emergency call to London’s Metropolitan Police from the United States.

“She called me,” Barron told police. “I picked up the phone expecting a nice hello or something. I just saw a ceiling and could hear screaming. I could see a guy’s head on the phone, and then the camera turns to her crying and getting hit.”

During the attack, Rumianstev seized the woman’s phone, briefly holding it up to the woman’s face as he grabbed her by the hair and pushed her to the floor while verbally abusing her.

Rumianstev has denied the accusations, and the trial is ongoing, Metro reported.
