WATCH: EU rule prevented deportation of Berlin terror suspect



German officials reportedly determined, prior to the Christmas market attack in Berlin, that the main suspect, Anis Amri, had links to radical Islam. They tried deporting him back to his native Tunisia, but when Tunisia refused to accept him, EU rules kicked in, forcing Germany to keep him there.
