WATCH: US citizen arrested for scouting Empire State Building, other NY sites for Hezbollah terror attacks

Alexei Saab, a naturalized American citizen who lives in New Jersey and has been a member of the Hezbollah terror group since 1996, was arrested for scouting sites for attacks, including the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building.
