WATCH: Man nabbed for swastika graffiti at DC-area synagogue

On Friday, Montgomery County Police arrested Andrew Lemond Costas, 28, based on surveillance video and tips from the public related to an incident during which he allegedly spray-painted a swastika on the Tikvat Israel synagogue in Maryland.
