He was rescued by his nanny, Sandra Samuel, and now lives in Israel with his grandparents. Samuel was also granted Israeli citizenship.Netanyahu is on a historic trip to India, and as he had promised Moshe, he brought him along. At the Nariman (Chabad) House, where the murder took place, they unveiled plans for a state-of-the-art Living Memorial to commemorate the close-to-170 victims of terror throughout a series of attacks.In this video, speaking Hebrew, Moshe presented Netanyahu with a memorial photo and invited him to attend his Bar Mitzvah.
