WATCH: Obama cash payments to Iran traced to terrorist groups

The Washington Times reported that cash from the 1.7 billion dollars sent to Iran by plane before the signing of the Iran nuclear deal has been traced to Hezbollah and anti-Saudi terrorists groups.
