WATCH: Otniel resident’s vehicle attacked by Palestinians

As explained in the video in Hebrew, while driving, a resident of the Southern Hebron Hills community of Otniel had a rock hurled at her car from a passing vehicle, which partially penetrated the windshield directly opposite her. Miraculously, she escaped unharmed.
