WATCH: Menacing man from synagogue surveillance video turns himself in

Sheidali Dzhalilov, 23, turned himself into authorities after Philadelphia police released the below surveillance footage showing him approaching the front entrance of Congregation Beth Solomon Synagogue, flashing a profane hand gesture in the direction of the security camera and urinating on the synagogue walls.

Dzhalilov, who faces charges of ethnic intimidation and indecent exposure, had his bail set at $50,000.
