WATCH: Suicidal dad drives twin toddlers off cliff at 70 mph

A suicidal father drove his 2-year-old twins off a cliff in San Diego at about 70 mph after warning his wife he intended to drive off a bridge. Despite plunging 30 feet into the ocean, all three were rescued by police.
