WATCH: Trump considers reinstating sanctions on Iran

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson sent a letter late Tuesday to House Speaker Paul Ryan, advising him that President Trump is reviewing the Iran nuclear deal to determine whether there are grounds to reinstate sanctions on the Islamic Republic based on its sponsorship of terror.
