WATCH: Undercover police arrest arson terrorists

Israeli Border Police arrested three terrorists in a village outside of Ramallah on Sunday for setting fire to homes in the Jewish town of Halamish (Neve Tzuf) in the Binyamin region during the arson intifada in October.
