(AP Photo/Majdi Mohammed)AP Photo/Majdi MohammedShin Bet investigating rock attack that killed Palestinian womanThe Shin Bet is investigating an incident in which a Palestinian woman was killed by a rock thrown at the car in which she was traveling.By Yona Schnitzer, TPSThe Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) is investigating the Friday evening stone throwing incident which caused the death of Aisha Mohammed Rabi, a 48-year-old Palestinian woman who was killed after being hit in the head by a stone thrown at the car in which she and her family were driving.While Rabi’s husband, who was driving the car, claims the stone was thrown by a group of Jews, Shin Bet and Police sources say there are disagreements within the organizations over the accuracy of that statement, adding that they have yet to corroborate his account.On Sunday morning, speaking to Army Radio, Israeli Minister of Tourism Yariv Levin slammed voices quick to blame Jews for the incident before it was fully investigated.“When dozens of events of [Palestinian] stone throwing occur every day, not only do they not condemn it, they convey the sentiment that it is OK,” said Levin.Labor MK Omer Bar Lev also commented on the incident, saying he hopes the Shin Bet are quick to find the perpetrators.“Terror is terror is terror,” Bar Lev told Kan Bet Radio, “I very much hope the Shin Bet finishes its investigation swiftly, and finds out who is responsible for the murder of Aisha Rabi with the same agility that they uncovered the identity of the Palestinian boy who threw a molotov cocktail yesterday,” he added. rock-throwing
