Israeli Intelligence Minister Yuval Steinitz on Wednesday addressed an Institute for National Security Studies ceremony in Tel Aviv, where he discussed Palestinian incitement, saying that Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas is the number-one anti-Semitic leader in the world.
