Despite Thunberg’s accusation of “genocide” and the implication that Israel is attempting to “starve” the Gazan population with its blockade, the US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) has distributed six million meals in the last week.

Swedish activist Greta Thunberg and other celebrity passengers onboard the so-called “Freedom Flotilla” bound for Gaza panicked when they noticed a drone, only to be informed later that the Greek Coast Guard had sent it.
The Madleen ship sent our a distress signal when it detected a drone in the sky on Tuesday.
Thunberg and “Game of Thrones” star, Irish actor Liam Cunningham, appealed for help and expressed outrage at the presence of the drone in the sky.
Although the drone appeared 68 kilometers outside Greece’s territorial waters, it was not long before it was identified as a Heron, used by the Greek Coast Guard.
The activists’ trip aimed to attempt to break the blockade of the Gaza Strip and bring in humanitarian aid in the form of food, diapers, and medical supplies.
Before departing, Thunberg said, “The moment we stop trying is when we lose our humanity. And no matter how dangerous this mission is, it’s not even nearly as dangerous as the silence of the entire world in the face of the live-streamed genocide.”

Regarding news of the Madleen’s arrival in Gaza, IDF spokesperson Brig.-Gen. Effie Defrin said at a press conference, “The IDF is prepared to operate on all fronts, including in the maritime arena,” and added: “We will act accordingly.”
US Senator Lindsey Graham took to X to make a jab at activist Greta Thunberg’s journey on a flotilla in an attempt to break the Gaza blockade.
Referring to the “Freedom Flotilla,” the South Carolina Senator wrote, “Hope Greta [Thunberg] and her friends can swim!”
Graham’s post elicited anger from many commenters on social media.
The Freedom Flotilla group tried to set out from Malta in May, but the trip was canceled, allegedly due to a drone strike.
Although there was no evidence for the allegation, the group blamed Israel for the drone strike, which left its 30 people on board unharmed.
