The IDF and Shin Bet eliminated Saba’i Zahir Abd al-Hamid Abu Hasna, a Nukhba terrorist from Hamas’s military wing who participated in holding hostage Omer Shem Tov during his captivity in Gaza, in a strike in northern Gaza on Saturday.
Abu Hasna is the terrorist Shem Tov was forced to kiss on the head during Hamas’s degrading release ceremony when Shem Tov emerged from captivity, a moment that drew widespread revulsion in Israel and around the world.
