After reviewing emails, FBI says Clinton should not face criminal charges

FBI Director James Comey said that after reviewing the latest batch of emails, the FBI has concluded that Hillary Clinton should not face criminal charges.

After Comey told Congress that the FBI would reopen the case of investigating Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s emails, based on new information revealed while investigating Anthony Weiner, the estranged husband of Clinton aide Huma Abedin, Clinton lost key ground to Trump in election polls.

Polls have indicated that an overwhelming majority of the US electorate is concerned with Clinton’s use of a private email server for classified information.

Comey has now said that “based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July.”

With just two days left to Election Day, it remains to be seen how this conclusion will impact the latest election polls.
