An IDF unit was reportedly on a standard operation in the village of Danaba when it came under attack by Palestinian terrorists.

An IDF soldier was shot and lightly wounded while operating with his unit in the vicinity of the Palestinian city of Tul-Karem Tuesday night.
The unit was reportedly on a standard operation in the village of Danaba when it came under fire. The troops returned fire in the direction of the area from which they were attacked, and then launched a broad search for suspects.
An IDF spokesperson confirmed that the terrorist had fled the scene.
The wounded soldier was evacuated to Beilinson hospital in Petah Tikvah for treatment.
