An Iranian missile struck an open area in Beersheba, sending dozens more for medical treatment, as emergency services responded to multiple impact sites across the city, Ynet reported.

Authorities said the blast generated debris and “flying objects” that caused injuries, with shockwaves extending far from the point of impact.

Emergency personnel treated victims at the scene before evacuating them for further care.

Magen David Adom said 31 individuals were transported to Soroka Hospital, including 11 people with physical injuries and 20 others suffering from anxiety related to the attack.

The total number of affected individuals reflects both direct injuries and psychological distress triggered by the explosion.

Video from the scene showed a large column of black smoke rising from the impact site, indicating the intensity of the detonation. Emergency teams were deployed to multiple locations across the city as part of the response effort.

According to N12, the broader attack led to 20 separate impact sites, with damage reported at several locations, including Turner Stadium. Rescue crews moved between sites to assess damage and provide assistance.

Authorities have not released additional details about the condition of those injured.

Emergency responders continued operations across the affected areas, addressing both physical injuries and trauma cases linked to the strike.

The missile impact caused widespread disruption, with reports of debris and blast effects extending beyond the immediate strike zone. Officials have not provided further information on structural damage outside the identified sites.

No additional details were released regarding the circumstances of the attack as emergency services continued to manage the aftermath.
