The Israeli Cabinet is slated to convene at 6 p.m. to vote on a proposal aimed at securing the release of all hostages still held by Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip.
An announcement published on the government’s official website lists the agenda item as:
“Plan for the release of all Israeli hostages.”

An Israeli official cited by Reuters said that all 20 living hostages are expected to be released on Sunday or Monday, though uncertainty remains over the precise timing.
