Man dead in suspected murder

Israeli police is investigating two crime-related stabbing incidents.  

A man in his 50s was stabbed to death in Be’er Sheva on Wednesday night in a suspected murder.

Police and medical services were alerted to the scene oafter receiving a phone call.

The victim was found outside on the ground. He was pronounced dead at the scene after medical teams worked to resuscitate him.

He is said to be a former resident of the Bedouin town of Tel-Sheva who moved to Be’er Sheva a few days ago.

Police arrested three suspects, two men and a woman, in connection with the incident. They will brought for a remand hearing on Thursday.

Victim in critical condition in separate incident

In a different crime-related incident in Lod, in the Tel Aviv area, a man was found in critical condition and is believed to have been stabbed.

Bypassers found him lying unconscious in the street and alerted medical services, who treated him for wounds in his upper body.

Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
