The IDF confirmed that the incident was a terror attack.
Early Friday afternoon, a Palestinian driver rammed his car into two Israeli teens in the Gush Etzion region of Judea, south of Jerusalem.
The victims are a 17- year-old male and a 19-year-old female. The male victim is unconscious and in serious condition; the other, in moderate condition, Magen David Adom and Hatzalah report.
The driver was shot and killed by Israeli police.
A video shows the terrorist racing down the street and then turning off the road to hit the helpless teenagers.
