Palestinian terrorists continue to try and kill innocent Israeli civilians and soldiers at every opportunity.
A Palestinian terrorist who attempted to stab Israeli security forces at the Qalandiya checkpoint, just north of Jerusalem, on Tuesday was shot and killed by Israeli forces.
The terrorist attempted to stab a security guard, and he responded by shooting and killing him.
No Israelis were harmed in the attack.
The media reported that the terrorist was in his 50s.
The Qalandiya checkpoint has been the site of several terror attacks in the past year.
In related news, Israeli forces carried out counter terror operations on Monday night throughout Judea and Samaria and arrested four Palestinians wanted in connection to terrorism, two of them members of the Hamas terror organization.
These incidents were the latest in a long series of Palestinian terror attacks which have plagued Israelis over the course of more than a year, claiming the lives of 41 victims and wounding over 550.
