Police investigating hate crime in Jerusalem’s Old City

Law enforcement collected evidence related to anti-Semitic vandalism in Jerusalem’s Old City.

Unknown vandals spray-painted anti-Jewish slogans on a door in the Muslim Quarter in Jerusalem’s Old City.

The police announced Sunday that it was launching an investigation into the apparent hate crime, which included the painting of the Nazi Swastika, and the messages “death to the Jews” and “Hamas” in Hebrew and Arabic.

The Jerusalem municipality cleaned up the vandalism after the police collected forensics from the site.
