Herzog visits United Hatzalah headquarters, showcases new lifesaving technologies

Israeli President Isaac Herzog visited the headquarters of United Hatzalah where he was briefed on several new technologies designed to improve emergency response times and save lives across Israel.

During the visit, leaders of the volunteer emergency medical organization demonstrated advanced GPS dispatch systems that allow nearby medics to reach patients within minutes.

They also presented new drone technology capable of rapidly delivering critical medical supplies and equipment directly to emergency scenes.

“They are trying to break our spirit and harm morale but they are confused,” Herzog said. “The people of Israel are strong and have extraordinary resilience.”

The president also praised United Hatzalah’s nationwide network of volunteers, noting that their commitment to helping others in moments of crisis reflects the strength and unity of Israeli society.

When asked if he had a message for Jewish communities around the world during these challenging times, Herzog responded with three simple but powerful words.

“Am Yisrael Chai.”

The visit highlighted both the technological innovations helping improve emergency medical response in Israel and the extraordinary dedication of United Hatzalah’s volunteer medics who continue saving lives under difficult circumstances.
