Russia is reportedly using the Caspian Sea to secretly ship drone components and supplies to Iran, helping Tehran rebuild its offensive capabilities after the war, according to the New York Times.
The report says the poorly monitored waterway has become a key sanctions-evasion route, with ships disabling tracking systems as cargo moves between the two allies.
US officials believe the transfers are helping Iran rapidly restore parts of its drone arsenal, much of which was depleted during the conflict with Israel and the United States.
