President Trump told Jewish reporter Jake Turx of Ami Magazine, which caters to the orthodox community, to sit down after he asked about the rise in anti-Semitism in recent weeks.
Turx started out by denying that his community considered Trump or anyone on his staff to be anti-Semitic, and referred to Trump as a “Zaydie” (Yiddish for ‘grandfather’) of Jewish grandchildren.
Trump refused to answer the question, saying, “it’s not a simple question, not a fair question. I am the least anti-Semitic person that you have ever seen in your entire life.”
