Calls for ‘deescalation’ after Israel strikes Hamas in retaliation for murder, rape, and torture of civilians.

Hamas militants launched a coordinated sneak attack on Israeli civilians over the weekend, murdering hundreds. Reports indicate that Israeli women and girls were targeted during the assault and subjected to war crimes, including rape and torture.
UN Women, the United Nations entity that touts itself as a “global champion for women and girls,” did not even pretend to care about the plight of Israeli women and girls.
Sima Sami Bahous, the executive director of UN Women, waited until the Israeli military launched retaliatory strikes against Hamas to express her grave concern for the “escalation of hostilities.”
On Sunday, the organization took the opportunity to celebrate “International Lesbian Day” and remind supporters that “trans lesbians are lesbians too.”
LGBT individuals are routinely persecuted and occasionally decapitated in the territory sometimes referred to as “Palestine.”
“I woke up this morning with some disturbing news out of Israel that Hamas [are] kidnapping children, putting them in cages, killing women, killing the elderly,” said former NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire. “That’s some coward s—t. That’s cowardly.”
