Britain-based Palestinian academic Dr. Azzam Al-Tamimi recently told Al-Hiwar TV that Jerusalem’s Al-Aqsa compound is the most free mosque in the Islamic world, commenting that the freedom Muslim worshipers enjoy there is far greater than at mosques in areas controlled by the Palestinian Authority.
