A group of Arabs filmed themselves mocking a religious Jew in the elevator of Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem and then posted the video on TikTok.
“This is a severe incident, and we express our disgust. These are not workers at the hospital. From our examination, the video is not from recent days but rather is older and unrelated to the terror attacks over the weekend,” Shaare Zedek said in a statement, referring to the deadly Friday night shooting at a Jerusalem synagogue and the shooting of a Jewish man and his son the following day in the Old City.
“We will continue to investigate the incident to understand exactly when and what happened, and we will sharpen and improve the system to prevent such occurrences from repeating themselves,” the hospital said.
