Driss Oukabir, a man of Middle Eastern origin, is under arrest as a suspect in the horrific Barcelona terror attack Thursday afternoon that killed 13 people and wounded 50. He reportedly had been railing against “Israeli occupation of Palestinian lands” on social media and posted anti-Semitic comments.
Another suspect, described by authorities as a terrorist, died in a shootout with police.
