WATCH: Beirut grain silo collapses on anniversary of deadly blast

A large section of the silo complex at Beirut’s port collapsed hours before Lebanese were to gather there to mark the second anniversary of the catastrophic blast. At least 218 people were killed, some 7,000 more injured and an estimated 300,000 were left homeless.
