Mohammed Mohammed was arrested after he drove his car into another vehicle on Friday night, causing a wreck. He was recorded trying to run over Jews who were walking to synagogue.
The assailant, who had a Koran on his dashboard, was charged with a hate crime and assault with a deadly weapon.
