WATCH: Communications Ministry examines if Facebook liable for user content

Israeli Communications Minister Yoaz Hendel is assembling a team of experts to determine if Facebook and other social media platforms are legally liable for content — including incitement and libel– posted by users. The move is aimed at forcing Facebook and others to be more accountable and transparent about their operations.
