Sheikh Raed Salah, leader of the northern branch of the outlawed Islamic Movement in Israel who was imprisoned last year for inciting terrorism, was released Monday. Crowds carrying flags of the Movement greeted him at the entrance to the Arab Israeli city of Umm al-Fahm.
