WATCH: EU transportation plan connecting Gaza to PA ignores Israeli security needs

The European Union has created a master plan for transportation to connect Gaza with the Palestinian Authority-administered territories, described as an “ambitious vision for the future of transportation in the Palestinian present and future territories.”

Financed by the European Commission and managed by the European Investment Bank, it seeks to assist the movement of people and goods on the road. Israel was not consulted regarding the planning or how it could affect counterterrorism activities or endanger Israelis.
