Experts believe that North Korea’s intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) have the capability to reach anywhere in the continental United States and South Korea says they can’t rule out the possibility that the North could complete its nuclear program within one year. Heritage Foundation research fellow Dean Cheng provides insight.
