WATCH: Explosion in Philippines; 14 dead, dozens wounded

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has declared a “state of lawlessness” in the wake of an explosion on Friday that killed at least 14 people and wounded dozens more at a night market in Davao City. A spokesman for the Abu Sayyaf Islamic terror group claimed responsibility, but investigators are looking at other possible suspects, including drug syndicates.
