The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that a 25-year-old man from Dir al-Balah was shot dead by IDF forces as he broke through the Gaza security fence on Tuesday.  The military wing of the DFLP (Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine) terrorist group identified him as a member.
