President Isaac Herzog welcomed U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and top diplomats from the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Morocco for a historic summit in Kibbutz Sde Boker in the Negev – the home and burial site of Israel’s founding prime minister, David Ben-Gurion — convened by Foreign Minister Yair Lapid, amid the backdrop of the negotiations for a new Iran deal.
