WATCH: IDF strikes Hamas underground rocket factory

The IDF struck an underground Hamas rocket factory in Gaza in the early hours of Saturday morning after two rockets were fired at Israel. One rocket was intercepted by the Iron Dome over Ashkelon while the other landed harmlessly in an open area. Israel also froze plans to expand the number of work permits available to Palestinians in Gaza.
