Israeli diplomat Dore Gold explains the implications to Israel of the U.S. withdrawal of troops from Syria and Iran’s aspirations for a land bridge through Iraq to the Mediterranean.

He calls for the creation of an organization similar to NATO to block Iran’s ambitions for regional hegemony.
