After signing two executive orders regarding 9/11, NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani handed a pen to his chief counsel, Ramzi Kassem, who formerly represented al-Qaeda terrorist Ahmed al-Darbi, brother-in-law of Pentagon hijacker Khalid al-Mihdhar.
