WATCH: Mistaken for a Jew, driver violently attacked in PA

An Arab Israeli taxi driver who entered the Palestinian Authority-controlled city of Nablus (Shechem) in Samaria was viciously attacked by locals who mistook him for a Jew because his vehicle had Hebrew on it, Arab media reported.

He escaped and was detained by police upon his return. According to Israeli law, citizens may not enter the PA for security reasons, although it’s common for Arab-Israelis to go there.
