WATCH: Netanyahu slams Hamas for egregious ceasefire violation, promises to avenge murdered hostages

“The State of Israel bows its head to two small children, tender babies, brothers – Ariel and Kfir Bibas, may their memory be blessed, and to Oded Lipshitz, may his memory be blessed, one of the founders of Kibbutz Nir Oz.

All three were murdered with terrible cruelty while in Hamas captivity in the first weeks of the war.

The cruelty of the Hamas monsters knows no bounds.

Not only did they kidnap the father, Yarden Bibs, the young mother, Shiri, and their two little babies. In an unspeakably cynical way, they did not return Shiri to her little children, the little angels, and they put the body of a Gazan woman in a coffin.

We will act with determination to bring Shiri home along with all our hostages – both living and dead – and ensure that Hamas pays the full price for this cruel and vicious violation of the agreement.

May the sacred memory of Oded Lipshitz, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas be forever enshrined in the heart of the nation.

May God avenge their blood. And we will also avenge them.”
